DOMESTIC - NEW ZEALAND

Shipping rates:

Auckland : $8 Flate rate
North Island : $10 Flate rate
South Island : $15 Flate rate

All orders are shipped via NZ post. 

Processing may take 1-3 working days at the most.

Please ensure your adresse details are correct as once the parcel is on it's way we cannot re-direct it.

You can also collect your purchase directly at my studio in Ellerslie.

INTERNATIONAL

At the moment I only ship in New Zealand.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

I believe you will be very satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you received, contact me immediately and I will gladly refund you or replace it once you have sent it back in original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

If your purchased item has been damaged during transport, please take some photos and contact me immediately and I will sort out the problem.
